Ranch Dressing: DIY
What’s more midwest than ranch dressing? Not a whole lot.
Ranch makes everything better. It can be a dip, a dressing, a meat seasoning...anything. And with this mix you know what's in it.
Ingredients:
2 C. Buttermilk Powder
1/2 C. Parsley
1/4 C. Chives
1/8 C. Granulated Garlic
1/8 C. Onion Powder
1 T. Dill
1 T. Salt
3/4 T. pepper
Mix it all up and store in an airtight container. I use a sharpie to write this recipe on the container so I never have to look for it:)
To make dressing:
1/3 C mayo
1/4 C milk or buttermilk (add more milk 1 T at a time if
you want it thinner)
1 T ranch powder
Mix together. Refrigerate up to one week.
To make dip:
1/3 C sour cream or greek yogurt
1/8-1/4 C milk
1 T ranch powder
Mix together. Refrigerate up to one week.
